Performance Gym
The busy executive seldom has the time to go for a course of 3 or more days to improve his skills and upgrade his capacity. When he does find the opportunity, he finds it challenging to translate valuable learning imparted in the classroom, into constructive thoughts and actions in the work arena.
Leading executives in learning and development are continually beset with the problem: “How do we get our people to learn things that they can really use in the workplace?”
Enter the Performance Gym:
The Performance Gym is a new initiative to enable high value executives learn productivity boosting skills along with their colleagues in settings similar to their actual working environments, in a practical interactive way that is also stimulating, enjoyable fun and non-threatening.
During the series of one-and-a-half-hour sessions, a team of executives will be guided in the acquisition of vital soft skills that will enable them:
- Develop and maintain states of personal excellence
- Make stress an ally
- Master self-motivation
- Communicate and influence powerfully and effectively
- Build and maintain rapport during business and social interactions
- Learn to map dynamic systemic interactions so as to control and direct them constructively
- Organise self for success in professional and private living
Participants will be guided by trainers and coaches who have received advanced training and qualifications in Behavioural technology; a multi-disciplinary field for enhancing human performance and achievement.
Venue: To Be Arranged
Class Size: 10-20 participants
Duration: Between One-and-a half-hours & Three Hours (Morning
session, before Lunch)
