Narita LC - Consultancy Services


Our main aim at Narita is to guide our clients to higher performance levels, by helping them identify and learn the optimal and appropriate behavioural patterns for achieving their desired results. In the process they also become aware of their own learning processes and of how they can adjust these to achieve necessary change.

Behavioural Models of outstanding leaders, learners and performers in the fields of business, education, mass communication and high performance sports provide Narita’s Certified trainers and advisors with the knowledge background they need to design and deliver outcome- oriented solutions.



Interventions

Interventions consist of Narita Training Courses and Executive Coaching Services. Narita as much as possible precedes its training and coaching interventions with the administration of psychometric and/or corporate cultural leadership development potential assessments like the Achievement Process Profile, Identity Compass Profile from Germany and Hogan Inventories and Surveys. These enable the speedy and accurate identification of the thinking and communicating preferences of our clients. With the help of these profiles, we are able to craft interventions that are relevant, and highly effective in facilitating the desired changes or performance improvements.

While drawing on highly qualified resources from relevant areas of business leadership and management, our coaching and training courses always have a significant input from behavioural technology, to ensure that the constructive changes endure.
